For us, quality is a must.

The jewel in our Hotel Eichhof is without doubt the cuisine. Alpine. Mediterranean. And also cosmopolitan and innovative.
Day in, day out we endeavour to make our guests happy and to inspire them. Therefore, we start preparing the evening menu at 8 o'clock in the morning. Quality needs not just love, but time as well. And we are happy to take time for our guests.
When you stay with us in the autumn months you must on no account miss the traditional roast chestnuts. The convivial evenings in our wine cellar with roast chestnuts and fresh Sußer (grape juice in the first days of fermentation) are a popular event every year.
